What this workshop is about:
Many high-functioning people live in a state of activation, overthinking, bracing, pushing through, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Over time, this impacts your emotional and physical health, decision-making, relationships, and well-being. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to work with your nervous system instead of against it, so change doesn’t require force.

Meet the Facilitator:
Tamara Filgueiras, LCSW, CCTP
Tamara is a licensed psychotherapist, certified clinical trauma and anxiety treatment professional, writer, and certified meditation teacher with over two decades in the mental health field.
She specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, burnout, emotional regulation, and helping high-functioning individuals move from survival patterns into sustainable self-trust and balance.
After surviving cancer twice, Tamara deepened her commitment to supporting others in reconnecting with themselves from a place of resilience, clarity, and inner safety. Her work integrates clinical expertise with compassion, depth, and lived experience.
She’s the founder and owner of OnPath Counseling & Wellness offering individual therapy, workshops, and retreats.
