Don't get tangled...

Whatever has happened in your life... whatever has gotten you tangled up... take a moment and observe how far you have come. It's easy to get caught up and feel overwhelmed. We often get tangled up by our own expectations and resistance to adapt when things don't go our way. Have you taken a look at your expectations? Are they realistic? Even if they are realistic... are you willing to adapt in the event of a curve ball? Choose your mindset and allow yourself to re-define the meaning of a "curve ball." Instead of holding on to the anger and resentment towards an obstacle, practice seeing it as an opportunity to grow, learn, and overcome. Yes, it can be irritating. Imagine if we were driving a car; and there was a road block... or perhaps if we had made a wrong turn. We may feel frustrated, but we would still have find our way. Stopping the car and saying: "That's it. I'm done. I am not driving this car anywhere anymore" doesn't solve the problem. Focus, re-define, and re-direct. We got this!
